Ms. Angela Dilemmi is the walking, living and breathing embodiment of The Formula. Ms. Dilemmi has successfully risen to the highest position of marketing and advertising within one of, if not the most powerful media conglomerate in all the world. She holds the post of Senior Vice President at News America Marketing which is a subsidiary of News Corp, founded by arguably the most powerful media mogul in all the world, Mr. Rupert Murdoch. 
Ms. Dilemmi’s marketing influence spans from sports to food to textile. She is a respected fixture in the marketing world of New York power players as well as nationally, In an industry usually dominated by men, she has successfully held her post for over 20 years. Her oversight on the marketing module of The Formula’s curriculum is invaluable.  Ms. Delimmi’s assistance in the corporate direction of Bandit Publishing is priceless. 
Dr. Brown is an accomplished business leader with a passion for excellence in transforming organizations. Leveraging his unique combination of business, education, and strategy expertise, Stan has helped several organizations in Chief Operating/Financial Officer roles where he has developed growth strategies, improved operational capabilities, and managed system and human capital resources to drive institutional performance.
Stan is a manager of his own consulting firm that serves nonprofit institutions. Most recently, he served at the Chief Operating Officer for The Public Preparatory Charter School Network and as the interim Chief Operating/Financial Officer of Bard College’s High School Early College Network. He also served as the Executive Director of Business Development and Program Management for the Institute for Student Achievement, a division of Educational Testing Service. Stan was also the Senior Director, Corporate Strategist and Development Manager for The College Board.
Prior to his transition into the nonprofit marketplace, Stan held leadership roles in strategic planning, finance, strategy development, and business development at Chubb & Son, Accenture, American Express, and Capgemini; and has advised dozens of financial services, consumer goods, non-profit, and educational organizations.
A passionate and committed education executive, in 2009, and again in 2016, Stan ran a successful campaign to win a board trustee seat for the Westbury School District (Westbury, NY). In 2017, he received the SCOPE School Board Service award. He also serves as a board member, and Audit Committee Chair of College for Every Student Brilliant Pathways, a national college access organization.
Stan has a Doctorate in Education from Fordham University, a Master of Business Administration from the Harvard Business School as well as a Bachelor of Science (Magna Cum Laude) from the University of Maryland, College Park.

Instructional Consultant -- Curriculum Design

Dr. Kristan Rodriguez is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer for the Rodriprofileguez Educational Consulting Agency. Kristan has been the recipient of numerous honors including the Ansin Intercultural Research Award at Boston University. Dr. Rodriguez specializes her consulting in the application of Universal Design for Learning in the field of educational leadership. The book she co-authored Universally Designed Leadership is the premier title for implementing UDL in systems and schools, and was ranked in the top 100 books on Educational Administration on Amazon. Kristan has been a consultant on leadership and learning for fifteen years, and has traveled nationally to share her expertise. Dr. Rodriguez has served as a Superintendent of Schools, along with other district leadership positions in the field of curriculum and instruction, including experience as an Assistant Superintendent, Director of Curriculum and Curriculum Coordinator. In her two most recent positions, her overall summative rating was “Exemplary”, the highest possible rating in the state of Massachusetts. She was also a successful Principal and Assistant Principal as well as High School English Teacher. Dr. Rodriguez is an adjunct professor in the field of educational leadership, recently being promoted to Senior Instructor status at Cambridge College. Kristan holds a Ph.D. in Educational Administration from Boston College, an M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction from Gordon College and a B.S. in Secondary English Education from Boston University. Other consulting areas include strategy development, design, and implementation; general leadership practices; administrator mentoring and coaching; data (information) based decision-making; systems thinking; Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS); quality professional development programming; standards based instruction; family and community engagement; and educator evaluation. Kristan spent her childhood living internationally in Europe, Africa, and Asia. She now resides in Massachusetts with her husband and children.

Chief Professional Development & Program Implementation Adviser

Teaching Columbia University alumna Dr. Sabrina Hope King was among 21 graduates of independent colleges and universities throughout New York who were honored by the Commission on Independent Colleges and Universities during its 2009 Alumni Hall of Distinction Awards Ceremony and Legislative Reception at the New York State Capitol in Albany.

Dr. King is the chief academic officer in the Office of Curriculum and Development at the New York City Department of Education. She received a doctorate in urban education leadership from Teachers College in 1991, a master’s degree in educational supervision in 1985, and a master of arts degree in curriculum and teaching in 1984.

“My diverse roles within the field of education enabled me to influence policy and practice on a local and national level,” says King, who has served as a teacher principal and assistant superintendent in K-12 schools, as an executive with the Wallace Foundation, and as a dean and faculty member in higher education. “Right after graduating from college, I knew a career in education would be my calling. Having majored in African-American history, I also knew I wanted to ensure that students received an education that was relevant to their experiences and meaningful to their lives.”

As she worked on her graduate degrees in education, King was a history teacher and dean at A. Philip Randolph Campus High School in Harlem. After earning her doctorate in education, she was recruited by the University of Illinois as a professor of urban development, where she focused on improving urban teacher education. Eventually she returned to New York to a professorship at Hofstra University, supporting standards-based instructional improvement in New York City schools.

For nearly 30 years, she has focused her career on urban educational improvement and on improving the educational experiences and outcomes of students of color. She has worked to improve student achievement, develop school-university partnerships, and provided leadership to numerous school districts.

Math Consultant

Jason Forde has 15 years of relevant program and project management experience both in the private and non-profit sector. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Wesleyan University, Mr. Forde has spent the majority of this time working as a consultant in the telecommunication industry assisting clients with the development and testing various software implementations, change management and deployments. While transitioning into the Non-Profit sector, Mr. Forde has been recognized for his strategic thinking, relationship management and problem solving skills. Mr. Forde has worked as the Development & External Affairs Manager at The Renaissance Charter High School for Innovation where his primary responsibility was to work with their Board of Trustees in growing their capacity to achieve their developmental and operational goals. Mr. Forde was also the head of Strategic Partnerships & Programs for the Eagle Academy Foundation.

Technology / Entrepreneurial Instruction Coach

Brain Waltermire is a seriel technology entrepreneur. He has found companies such as Asgard Managed Services where he is leading Asgard to build the largest decentralized network of health care professionals and patients in the world today with the EverShield product line. His strategy of layering in additional technology solutions to further enabled those covered entities to take huge strides forward in improving patient care across the health care continuum. He believes that with private networks and permission based data aggregation, patient outcomes may be improved for the betterment of all.

Brian is also the CEO & Principal of Giant LLC., which is a Merchant Bank focused on early stage venture opportunities. Capabilities include seed investing, corporate and financial structuring, business development and a fully integrated technology development team.

Brian is also a co-owner of My Fresh Shirt, an eco-friendly online dry cleaning company. With customer convenience at its core, the company is dedicated to disrupting and ultimately revolutionizing the dry cleaning industry. Having partnered with some of the most prominent building management companies in NYC, My Fresh Shirt is growing market share in all zip codes of Manhattan.

Brian is also Principal of MFS Systems, a SAAS licensing company which holds a proprietary order management system (OMS) designed specifically for e-commerce business and logistical solutions. Brian is also the Prinicpal of Social Branch Out, the ONLY all-in-one Consumer to Consumer Marketing & Sales Software Built for Small Business.

Brian says, “I’ve co-founded a couple start-ups. My passions are building businesses; enterprise security, edtech, internet privacy, behavioral finance and muay thai.”
