Ms. Angela Dilemmi is the walking, living and breathing embodiment of The Formula. Ms. Dilemmi has successfully risen to the highest position of marketing and advertising within one of, if not the most powerful media conglomerate in all the world. She holds the post of Senior Vice President at News America Marketing which is a subsidiary of News Corp, founded by arguably the most powerful media mogul in all the world, Mr. Rupert Murdoch.
Ms. Dilemmi’s marketing influence spans from sports to food to textile. She is a respected fixture in the marketing world of New York power players as well as nationally, In an industry usually dominated by men, she has successfully held her post for over 20 years. Her oversight on the marketing module of The Formula’s curriculum is invaluable. Ms. Delimmi’s assistance in the corporate direction of Bandit Publishing is priceless.
Dr. Brown is an accomplished business leader with a passion for excellence in transforming organizations. Leveraging his unique combination of business, education, and strategy expertise, Stan has helped several organizations in Chief Operating/Financial Officer roles where he has developed growth strategies, improved operational capabilities, and managed system and human capital resources to drive institutional performance.
Stan is a manager of his own consulting firm that serves nonprofit institutions. Most recently, he served at the Chief Operating Officer for The Public Preparatory Charter School Network and as the interim Chief Operating/Financial Officer of Bard College’s High School Early College Network. He also served as the Executive Director of Business Development and Program Management for the Institute for Student Achievement, a division of Educational Testing Service. Stan was also the Senior Director, Corporate Strategist and Development Manager for The College Board.
Prior to his transition into the nonprofit marketplace, Stan held leadership roles in strategic planning, finance, strategy development, and business development at Chubb & Son, Accenture, American Express, and Capgemini; and has advised dozens of financial services, consumer goods, non-profit, and educational organizations.
A passionate and committed education executive, in 2009, and again in 2016, Stan ran a successful campaign to win a board trustee seat for the Westbury School District (Westbury, NY). In 2017, he received the SCOPE School Board Service award. He also serves as a board member, and Audit Committee Chair of College for Every Student Brilliant Pathways, a national college access organization.
Stan has a Doctorate in Education from Fordham University, a Master of Business Administration from the Harvard Business School as well as a Bachelor of Science (Magna Cum Laude) from the University of Maryland, College Park.

Dr. King is the chief academic officer in the Office of Curriculum and Development at the New York City Department of Education. She received a doctorate in urban education leadership from Teachers College in 1991, a master’s degree in educational supervision in 1985, and a master of arts degree in curriculum and teaching in 1984.
“My diverse roles within the field of education enabled me to influence policy and practice on a local and national level,” says King, who has served as a teacher principal and assistant superintendent in K-12 schools, as an executive with the Wallace Foundation, and as a dean and faculty member in higher education. “Right after graduating from college, I knew a career in education would be my calling. Having majored in African-American history, I also knew I wanted to ensure that students received an education that was relevant to their experiences and meaningful to their lives.”
As she worked on her graduate degrees in education, King was a history teacher and dean at A. Philip Randolph Campus High School in Harlem. After earning her doctorate in education, she was recruited by the University of Illinois as a professor of urban development, where she focused on improving urban teacher education. Eventually she returned to New York to a professorship at Hofstra University, supporting standards-based instructional improvement in New York City schools.
For nearly 30 years, she has focused her career on urban educational improvement and on improving the educational experiences and outcomes of students of color. She has worked to improve student achievement, develop school-university partnerships, and provided leadership to numerous school districts.

Brian is also the CEO & Principal of Giant LLC., which is a Merchant Bank focused on early stage venture opportunities. Capabilities include seed investing, corporate and financial structuring, business development and a fully integrated technology development team.
Brian is also a co-owner of My Fresh Shirt, an eco-friendly online dry cleaning company. With customer convenience at its core, the company is dedicated to disrupting and ultimately revolutionizing the dry cleaning industry. Having partnered with some of the most prominent building management companies in NYC, My Fresh Shirt is growing market share in all zip codes of Manhattan.
Brian is also Principal of MFS Systems, a SAAS licensing company which holds a proprietary order management system (OMS) designed specifically for e-commerce business and logistical solutions. Brian is also the Prinicpal of Social Branch Out, the ONLY all-in-one Consumer to Consumer Marketing & Sales Software Built for Small Business.
Brian says, “I’ve co-founded a couple start-ups. My passions are building businesses; enterprise security, edtech, internet privacy, behavioral finance and muay thai.”
